Built on a family tradition of real estate ownership dating back to the 1980s, the company combines decades of experience with a hands-on approach to property operations, led by husband-and-wife team Eric P. Weber and Virna D. Weber. A real estate broker, investor, and property-management professional with more than 20 years of experience, Eric oversees the acquisition, financing, operation, renovation, and leasing of the portfolio’s multifamily properties. Since 2016, he has taken a leading role in managing the Weber family’s real estate holdings, with direct involvement in day-to-day operations and long-term investment planning.

Bookkeeping, financial reporting & portfolio oversight
Drawing on her accounting background, Virna oversees the accounting, bookkeeping, and financial administration of the company’s real estate portfolio — maintaining accurate property records, monitoring income and expenses, reconciling accounts, and coordinating financial reporting across every property.
